Recipes :

Yogurt Panna Cotta, Strawberries with mint leaves

400g yogurt
150ml coconut cream
120g fructose
1 lemon
1 package of vanilla
1 teaspoon of thickening gel (we can substitute with agar-agar)
For the strawberry topping:
200g strawberries
1-2 sprigs of fresh mint
1 tablespoon of honey
Mix together the yogurt, the coconut cream, the fructose, the vanilla and the lemon peel in a bowl and heat them up.
Dissolve the thickening gel in a pan with water and heat it up on the hot-plate until it boils. Add it to the yogurt mixture, stirring constantly
Pour the mixture into small bowl or a small baking pan and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Chop the strawberries. Add the honey and the mint.
Serve the dessert in suitable bowls and garnish with the strawberries and mint.

      Dear Wendy, happy to have you here
      based on our recipe calculation, we only add around maximum 5 gram of sugar in strawberry puree of each small glass jar and around max 3.5 gram of sugar in blackberry. we use natural cane sugar or natural rock sugar in order to minimize ‘the not so good effect’ of unhealthy sugar. FYI we don’t add sugar in the yogurt. Thank you Wendy

      so sorry for late response. Dimungkinkan terjadi penurunan kualitas. namun jika berkenan mencoba disarankan memilih varian strained seperti greek strained 300g (jika suka asam) atau kefir strained 300g (jika suka mild). Varian strained relatif bisa bertahan lebih baik selama delivery.
